Alternatively purchase a lodge as an investment. On average you will make a 7-9% return on your buy to let investment with all your costs (ground rent, electric etc) paid, and additional revenue generated by sub – hiring your lodge through the park . You may also choose to allocate certain weeks for your own holidays. Because for the remiaiing period you sublet your holiday home this In effect gives you free holidays.
All our lodges have high insulation levels and are built to BS3632 residential standards. They have full central heating and double glazing. They carry a 10 year warranty and include a designed interior package.
